Can I also order my bikes by phone?
The best way to book is through the website. If you have any trouble with the booking, we are of course happy to help by phone.
Until when do I need to order my bikes?
At our self-service locations, available bikes can be booked immediately. If no bikes are available, reservations for the next day should be made before 2 p.m.
Can I also book spontaneously?
Self-service makes spontaneous bookings possible. If no bike is available at one location, it is worth checking nearby locations.
When do I need to return the bike?
Bike collection for deliveries takes place in the evening from 7 p.m. For self-service locations, return details are provided with your booking information.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, during the season Sikorad works seven days a week and also delivers bikes on public holidays. A booking is required in any case.
